Mandatory Winter Sports Parents Meeting:
The Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) requires all schools to hold an informational parent meeting before each athletic season (fall, winter, spring). The winter sports parents meeting will be on Tuesday, November 12th in the East Gym beginning at 7:15pm (immediately following parent teacher conferences). As a reminder, it is required that a parent attend this meeting; student-athletes are encouraged to attend as well. The large group athletic department portion will run approximately 30 minutes. At 7:45pm, fall sports will break out into individual rooms for sport specific meetings with the head coaches.
Middle School Mandatory Winter Sports Parents Meeting:
The OHSAA requires a similar meeting be held for Middle School sports as well. If your child participates in a winter sport at Edwards, Visnintainer, or Willetts Middle Schools, the winter sports parents meeting will be on Thursday, November 14th in the CLT (at BHS) beginning at 6:00pm. As a reminder, it is required that a parent attend this meeting; student-athletes are encouraged to attend as well. There are no team break outs after the middle school presentation.
