Blue Devils News · Winter Sports Parents Meeting (High School and Middle School) – November 14th


High School Mandatory Winter Sports Parents Meeting:
The Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) requires all schools to hold an informational parent meeting before each athletic season (fall, winter, spring).  The winter sports parents meeting will be on Wednesday, November 14th in the BHS East Gymnasium beginning at 6:00pm.  As a reminder, it is required that a parent attend this meeting; student-athletes are encouraged to attend as well.  The large group athletic department portion will run approximately 30 minutes.  At 6:30pm, fall sports will break out into individual rooms for sport specific meetings with the head coaches.  Please see those room assignments below:

Boys Basketball (Coach Hunter) – East Cafeteria
Girls Basketball (Coach Ocacio) – Student Center
Boys Bowling (Coach Jakubczak) & Girls Bowling (Coach Hegedus) – Blue Devil Room
Cheerleading (Coach Schmieder) – Room 324
Gymnastics (Coach Krist) – Room 241-C
Boys & Girls Swimming (Coach Colwell) – Concord Little Theatre (CLT)
Wrestling (Coach Koshar) – West Cafeteria

Middle School Mandatory Winter Sports Parents Meeting:
The OHSAA requires a similar meeting be held for Middle School sports as well.  If your child participates in a winter sport at Edwards, Visintainer, or Willetts Middle Schools, the winter sports parents meeting will also be on Wednesday, November 14th in BHS East Gym beginning at 6:45pm. As a reminder, it is required that a parent attend this meeting; student-athletes are encouraged to attend as well.  There are no team break outs after the middle school presentation.
