The Brunswick High School Athletic Hall of Fame Committee is proud to announce the following individuals and teams will be inducted into the Brunswick High School Athletic Hall of Fame Class of 2018:

Sean Bedevelsky (Class of 2008)
Quarterback for the 2007 Final Four Football Team

Joe Mackey (BHS Basketball Coach)
All-time winningest boys basketball coach in BHS and Medina County history

Bryan Ody (Class of 1993)
1993 OHSAA Division I State Champion, Track & Field (High Jump)

Richie Spicel (Class of 2008)
2005 & 2008 OHSAA Division I State Champion, Wrestling (130 lbs. & 140 lbs.)

Chris Stanwyck (Class of 1999)
1998 OHSAA Division I State Champion, Track & Field (Pole Vault)

1995 Football Team (Head Coach Tom Fasko)
OHSAA Division I State Runner-Ups

1999 Boys Cross Country Team (Head Coach Kerry Hunter)
OHSAA Division I State Champions

The Class of 2018 will be recognized before the football game on Friday, October 12th (vs. Euclid), as part of the pre-game ceremony.

The Hall of Fame induction will be held on Saturday, October 13th, at Coppertop at Cherokee Hills Golf Course in Valley City.  The evening will begin at 5:00pm with dinner served at 6:00pm followed by the inductions.  The evening will be emceed by the Voice of the Blue Devils, Mr. Paul Zahn.

Tickets will be available for purchase in early September in the Athletic Office at BHS.  Tickets are $40 and payment can be made to the Brunswick Athletic Foundation.  Please contact the Athletic Office at 330-273-0496 for information.

Nominations for the Class of 2019 are now being accepted and can be submitted with this BHS Athletic HOF Nomination Form.  Nominations are due by March 1, 2019.  Nominations submitted in previous years need not be re-submitted.
