Meet Recap

The Brunswick Blue and White team traveled to Brookledge Golf Club to compete against Walsh Jesuit’s Gold and Maroon teams on Wednesday. Lots of good golf was played by both teams on the par 35 Arthur Hills layout. Max Toom fired a second straight even-par 35 that included another three birdies. Preston Levandowski also shot 35 and tied a school record with 9 straight pars on the day. Evan Gray (37) and Matt Krivanek (38) also scored for the Blue team. Cameron MacLellan (39) and Jon Cappellazzo (45) rounded out the scoring. On the White team, Kyle Goessler and Jacob Petrella both shot 39, which were both season-lows. Chase Safko fired a 43 (also a season low) and Jaret Malleo added a 46 to also score for the White team. Kyle Gray (48) and Noah Herron (49) rounded out the scoring for the White team. The Warriors were led by a 35 from Donovan Morris. The Blue team (7-0) will travel to Portage Country Club on Monday to compete in the Hoban Invitational, while the White team (3-4) is back in action against Strongsville tomorrow at Bunker Hill. Great job by both teams as they both recorded 9 hole season lows. GO BIG BLUE!
